Zen and the Art of Minimal Travel: My Flight Essentials

In a world obsessed with travel gadgets, I've found peace in simplicity.  Do we really need all those gizmos that promise to make flying bearable? For me, flight time is sacred - a chance to unplug, reflect, and truly rest.

My travel philosophy? Less is more and reduces my chance of losing things. Here's my streamlined list of in-flight must-haves:

1. External power bank (because dead phones are a no-go)
2. Phone and charging cord (your digital lifeline)
3. Headphones (for when silence isn't golden)
4. A trusty beanie (doubles as an eye mask - genius!)
  1. Knees & Elbow Pads
  2. Snacks
  3. Last but does everything-My Bolstie.

Employing a simple yet elegant design by using your own clothes as filler and support, the Bolstie directly allows your head to rest on it while cradling your body to prevent slouch and slumping , even when you're crammed into economy seats. By doing so, it keeps your head aligned, banishing those awful neck cramps, shoulder pains, and backaches.

But here's the kicker - it's also your luggage! The Bolstie holds 3-7 days worth of clothes and even my in-flight snacks. Talk about multitasking!

When it's time to snooze, I simply hug my Bolstie, rest my head, and drift off. No more head-bobbing nightmares or waking up feeling exhausted.

The result? I arrive at my destination refreshed, pain-free, and ready to explore. No more lugging around a menagerie of travel pillows and gadgets. Just me, my minimal essentials, and my Bolstie - proving that sometimes, less truly is more. Oh I forgot, I also use it as my meditation pillow to cushion my arms and keep my posture. NAMASTE Bolstie!
